Lovett Williams - President

Field Representative

Lovett has been a member of Local #373 since August-21-1979. He has served as foreman or a steward during most of his career. Lovett is also proud to be a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

Career milestones include:

  • July 2011 - Recommended by the Executive Board to assume the position of Delegate to the Allegheny County Labor Council to fill a position vacated by a retirement.

John Schultz - Vice President

Day Hall Manager/Field Representative

John Schultz has been a proud Local #373 member since November 30, 1999. Since joining, John has held many roles including steward, foreman and superintendent. Throughout his career, John has always put the union first. John is responsible for union jobs within the West Hills of Allegheny County, Washington County, Greene County and Fayette County.

Career milestones include:

Michael Wrigley-Recording Secretary

Field Representative

Mike Wrigley has been a proud member of local #373 since August 1988. Mike has worked as a Steward and a Foreman on many job sites.

Adam Mastrandrea - Secretary-Treasurer

Field Representative

Adam has been a member of local 373 since March 2005. In his years since becoming a member, Adam has performed the duties of both foreman and steward on multiple projects. He currently serves as the Secretary Treasurer and as a field representative covering asbestos abatement and industrial work throughout Local 373’s jurisdiction.

Sean McManus -
Asst. Administrator, Western PA Laborers’ Training Center

Sean has been a member of Local 373 since 2002 after a break in service. He worked out in the field in the early 90’s at such places like the airport, the airport business park, and several parking garages to name a few, helping to pay for college and earning a degree in computers at the University of Pittsburgh. Sean returned to the Local and was eventually hired at the Training Center in 2003.

At the Training Center, Sean has worked to maintain computers at all 10 of the Locals in western Pa, along with District Council. He also has worked to build websites for Local 373 and District Council, as well as administering Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter sites, and developing a phone app for the Training Center. Sean takes care of any grants at the Training Center, teaches First Aid classes, and has earned his OSHA trainer’s certification.
